Hey y'all!
This weekend, I had one of the best weekends I have had in quite awhile, so I wanted to share what I did with y'all!
First, I skipped my last class on Friday (not sorry at all) and drove home with Nate in the afternoon, after grabbing some Starbucks. We made it home, said hello to my dogs and family, and then got ready and went to dinner at my favorite restaurant at home, Doc Greens. They have the best salads and mac and cheese I've ever tasted! Then, we headed downtown to see Garth Brooks in concert.
Let me just say, it was definitely up there in the top 3 best concerts I have ever been to. Garth had so much energy and I of course just love country music. It was such a fun experience that I will honestly never forget! After the concert, we drove around downtown and got donuts at the Donut Whole, another favorite of mine. We finally made it home and got to sleep by 1 A.M. or so.
The next morning, I ran a few errands at stores that we don't have at home, and had brunch at my family. Then, we got back in the car and headed back to school. We made it in time for the K-State vs. West Virginia game, and the Cats won, which was exciting! At night, Nate and I went to his date party for his fraternity, which was America themed. I dressed up as the Statue of Liberty and Nate wore his American flag chubbies.
All in all, it was a great weekend, definitely filled with tons of memories. I also filmed a video montage, which I uploaded to my YouTube channel. Definitely check it out to see more details of my weekend!
Thanks for reading!
