hey y'all!

I wanted to start a way to share more about myself and allow y'all (my lovely readers & friends) to be able to catch up on all the things that are going on in my life. Also, for me to be able to look back on some of the highlights of my months! So, I have decided to start a series on here and halfway through the month I will share some of the things going on in my life. Here are the top 5 moments as of lately in my life.

#1 -- Wrapping up Summer Internship

This summer, I worked at a boutique in my hometown and was an intern! I had such a blast, and I got to do sooo many cool, hands-on things that relate directly to the industry and the field that I am interested in. Things like window displays, visual merchandising, social media, and buying. I feel so lucky and blessed to have had such a great opportunity and it makes me so excited for the future and what careers I might be able to explore!

#2 -- Hanging out with my dogs.

Y'all, I am basically obsessed with my dogs! They are so stinkin' cute, and I already miss them tons now that I am back at college :/ If you follow me on Insta (@klassicallykenzie) or snapchat (@klasskenzieblog) you've probably already seen way too many pics of them, but I can't stop. Anyone else in the same boat as me?!

#3 -- My new house!!!

Speaking of college, y'all I moved into my "first" house -- aka a rental but I am super pumped! This year I am living with two of my friends from Pi Phi, Shelby and Carolina, and one of my sweet Young Life friends, Michelle. Our house is so cute and I can't wait to show y'all how we decorate! 

#4 -- Visiting my boyfriend in New Mexico!

My boyfriend, Nate, and I go to K-State together, but in the summer time we date long-distance because he is from Albuquerque. However, at the end of the summer we finally got to see each other when I flew down to visit. We had tons of fun, but somehow forgot to take many pictures. But it was still a great time, and I am so glad to be back in the same state here at school! Also, funny story...my grandparents just so happened to be flying to Canada that same day...and we ended up on the same flight out of town! It was so funny, and fun to hang out at the airport together!

#5 -- Sorority Recruitment.

As I have probably mentioned, I am back at school and this week is sorority recruitment, so we are in full swing. I am having a blast, although running on caffeine and very little sleep. HA. But I love my sorority and I can't wait to welcome a whole bunch of new angels at the end of the week!
