fall lipstick favorites

Hey y'all!

So I have quite the lipstick addiction, which I think I have mentioned here before. I love trying new colors and finding different brands and shades that work the best. My favorites are Maybelline and NYX! I picked out my favorite fall colors to share with y'all, so keep reading to see more!

Maybelline.

I love Maybelline's matte lipsticks, they are so pigmented and last all day. I have tons of shades and am always picking up a new one when I run to Target. For the fall time, my favorites are "Touch of Spice", "Divine Wine", and "Purple Name". Touch of Spice is the perfect brown-ish nude for the fall time, and I wear this color almost everyday! It works for class, work, and all situations! "Divine Wine" is the perfect dark, wine red and I love it for special occasions. It is very dark and pigmented, but perfect for the fall season. Lastly, the purple one is something a little out there, but I love it so much! The purple adds a fun and unique twist. 

NYX.

The NYX product I showed is actually a gloss, which is not something I usually reach for, but I love this shade! Sometimes wearing all matte lipsticks can get a little drying to my lips, so I love how smooth and thick this gloss is. It's the perfect everyday pinkish nude color!

Avon.

I love the formulation of Avon's matte lipsticks as well -- they are very long lasting and very matte if you're into that. This particular color is like the Maybelline "Touch of Spice" but an even deeper brown, if that makes sense. It is really pretty on and great to give you color, but not anything too bright or crazy.

ELF.

These ELF colors are amazing, and I love the way the product is packaged, it makes for really easy application if you aren't good at putting lipstick on like me. "Berry Sorbet" is a beautiful pinkish berry color, like the name suggests. A pop of color, but still can be worn everyday, which I love. "Scarlet Night" is a very dark purply wine, and is definitely not for everyone! But I like it a lot! Another great fall color, which is why I included it in this post!
