Hey y'all!
Halfway through the week and wanted to share some of my favorite books that I have read recently. I have been loving reading lately -- it has been something that I have tried to use as a stress relief and a way to unwind from the day instead of being on my phone too much.
With that being said, I have read a handful of books in the past few months and wanted to share my favorites!
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by JK Rowling -- I am working on rereading the series that I have loved my whole life! If you've never read these books you neeeeed to!]
Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan -- loved this one. Currently reading the second in the series!
Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah -- this one is sad but good. Soooo well written. I love every book I read by this author!
All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr -- love this one because it is historical fiction! I love history so much so its always interesting to me.
The River of Doubt by Candice Millard -- I read this one awhile back but it was sooo good & interesting. Another historical book -- its about Teddy Roosevelt navigating the Amazon river.
The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon -- this one was really good and a quick read. Its an unexpected love story. It also takes place over the course of one day and from the perspective of several different characters -- so it was fun to read!
